The Feature Gates That Matter

Starter looks reasonable — scheduling, dispatching, QuickBooks, invoicing. But it’s missing inventory management and job costing. Both matter once you’re tracking parts and billing for materials on jobs.

Job photo uploads — basic job site documentation — are also gated to Plus. If you photograph completed work for liability or warranty purposes, Starter doesn’t cover that.
